 52 Hike Challenge Minnesota Chapter Hike at the Springbrook Nature Center in Fridley, MN

Join the 52 Hike Challenge Minnesota Chapter on a 2-mile hike at the Springbrook Nature Center in Fridley, MN. Easy/beginner level. Approximately 1.2 miles with 32 feet of elevation gain. Takes an average of 30 minutes to complete, depending on pace. We will do this hike twice since it’s a shorter trail. Being able to hike at approximately 2+ miles per hour would be good for joining this hike.

HIGHLANDER Big Bear Lake will take place from the 24th to the 28th of May 2023 and will offer 4 different formats:

- Ursa Major (101 mile route you need to finish in 5 days)

- Hercules (65 mile route you need to finish in 5 days)

- Pegasus (34 mile route you need to finish in 3 days)

- Orion (18 mile route you need to finish in 2 days)

At each checkpoint, feel the festival vibe of the event by joining educational lectures, yoga classes, or simply sitting under the starry sky listening to live music playing into the night.

The organizer will provide logistical support (so you don't need to worry about maps, camping spots, food rations and water, permits, etc.) and have medical and Search and Rescue personnel on standby.
